Here's how you can pay your bill online and by phone:

1. Online Payment

  • Through PPL's Website:
    • Log In: Visit PPL's login page (https://selfserve.pplelectric.com/sign-in) and enter your credentials.
    • Access Billing: Navigate to the "My Account" section to view your bill.
    • Make a Payment: Select "Make a Payment" and follow the prompts to complete your payment securely.
  • As a Guest:
    • Verify Account: Go to the guest payment page and enter your account number and zip code.
    • Proceed: Follow the instructions to make a one-time payment.

2. Automatic Payments (AutoPay)

  • Enroll: Log in to your PPL account and select "AutoPay" under payment options.
  • Set Up: Provide your bank account details to authorize automatic monthly deductions.

3. Payment by Phone

  • Call: Dial 1-800-342-5775 to access PPL's automated bill payment system.
